A Saturday filled with healthy discoveries and community engagement! SG Diagnostics was delighted to be part of the 2nd Anniversary Celebration of Tzu Chi Food Farmacy on 10 October 2026.
With the theme “Two Years of Impact, A Lifetime of Health (两年耕耘，健康一生)”, the anniversary celebration carnival welcomed public to explore healthy living through a variety of activities. From medical forum to live cooking demonstration, the sessions highlighted the concept of food as medicine, emphasizing the role of whole food plant-based nutrition in chronic disease prevention and long-term health management. Besides, WFPB Community Market Carnival offered visitors a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, wholesome dried foods, and delicious plant-based treats to enjoy and purchase.
SG Diagnostics’ health screening booth
As part of the celebration, SG Diagnostics supported the complimentary HbA1c health screening, by using PreciSTM-A HbA1c Rapid Analysis System. While participants waiting for their result, we took the opportunity to engage with them by sharing health information and providing guidance on appropriate next steps to help them better understand the importance of follow-up care. Through these conversations, we encouraged participants to enroll the national initiatives like Healthier SG for continued preventive care and long-term health management through participating GP clinics.
