
We had a great week in Melbourne from 18–21 August 2026, where we participated in the International Diabetes Federation Western Pacific Region Congress (IDF-WPR) 2026, held in conjunction with the Australasian Diabetes Congress (ADC) and Metabolic Diseases 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Australia.
The congress brought together healthcare professionals, researchers and industry experts from around the world and Australasia to explore the latest developments in diabetes research, clinical care, education and community priorities.

We are proud to share our collaboration journey with University of Newcastle and PolygenRx in support of the Diabetes Alliance Program Plus (DAP+), an established programme of diabetes care that aims to improve the prevention, detection, treatment and self-management of diabetes in rural and regional communities in Australia.
This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to improving health outcomes and supporting more connected diabetes care. By integrating accessible point-of-care testing solutions into community-based care, we aim to help overcome barriers to diabetes screening and bring testing closer to those who need it.
Together, we look forward to exploring how innovative solutions can improve access to diabetes screening and support effective disease management across different healthcare settings.
