Changi Airport Group (CAG) Corporate Wellness Day 2026

Chronic diseases such as hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and diabetes are among the most common health problems in Singapore1. Spending long hours sitting can increase your risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, poor posture and mental health issues2. Workplace wellness initiatives can help employees make time for their health during the working day.

On 30 October 2026, we supported on-site health screening in collaboration with Raffles Medical Group at Changi Airport Group (CAG) Corporate Wellness Day 2026, an event that brought CAG colleagues together to focus on health and wellbeing.

SG Diagnostics provided on-site finger-prick testing for CAG employees, using the PreciS™-A HbA1c Rapid Analysis System to measure HbA1c and the reciS™-C Cholesterol Monitoring System to check cholesterol levels. Neither test required fasting, and participants received their results within 10 minutes. Our team also took time to explain what the results meant, share general health advice and encourage participants to seek for follow-up care where appropriate.

Open exclusively to CAG employees, the event featured a range of wellness booths where employees could take a break and explore ways to look after their physical and mental wellbeing. This initiative reinforced a culture of care among employees and gave them a convenient way to learn more about their health numbers. Taking regular movement breaks, choosing healthier meals and making time for health checks are practical ways to build healthier routines into the working day.
